TERMS OF USE APPLICABLE TO THE PICZIO COINS & REWARDS PROGRAM
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") are and shall be applicable to
users and customers of the platform, codes, web pages, applications, tools,
plugins, content, functionalities, services, products, web services, integrations,
and other elements and/or flows related to, or belonging to, the proprietary and/or
derivative technological developments owned and/or licensed, administered, or
operated by PICSZIO, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter and jointly, whether in the
singular or plural, the "Platform" or "Platforms"), in relation to the PICZIO COINS
AND REWARDS program (hereinafter the "Program"), through which users and
customers of the Platform may accumulate PICZIO COINS in proportion to the
interactions and activities they carry out and record through the Platform, which
may be redeemed or exchanged for various items and movable property
previously determined, or determinable from time to time, by PICZIO. For the
purposes of these terms, the use of the term "user" in the plural or singular, in
upper or lower case, corresponds to and refers to the natural person who: (i)
makes use of the Platform; and/or (ii) registers or signs up on it; (iii) uses and/or
acquires the Services, products, and/or functionalities thereof, or that it offers
regardless of whether PICZIO is the owner or holder thereof; (iv) accumulates
PICZIO COINS according to their interaction on the Platform. For the purposes of
the foregoing and these Terms, PICZIO, a commercial company incorporated
under the laws of the United Mexican States, has its registered office at Lago
Alberto 320, Torre KMD 2 1001, Colonia Granada, C.P. 11520, Miguel Hidalgo,
Mexico City.
I. PURPOSE.
These Terms regulate and will regulate the Program from time to time, and in that
sense will establish the criteria, conditions, and procedures corresponding to the
obtaining, accumulation, and disposal of PICZIO COINS through the Platform and
in order to determine the scheme by which Users may redeem said PICZIO
COINS to receive prizes or certain goods previously selected by PICZIO. For the
purposes of these Terms, PICZIO COINS (hereinafter "PICZIO COINS") is the
symbolic currency of exchange and legal obligation release power created by
PICZIO to promote and encourage the use of the Platform, which will be assigned
to all users in accordance with the type and amount of use or interaction they
display on the Platform and in accordance with the criteria established in these
Terms.
The user acknowledges and accepts that PICZIO COINS shall not have the
power to discharge the fulfillment or payment of obligations acquired on the
Platform or by any other means, either with PICZIO or with third parties, and
therefore they cannot be considered legal tender in any country, as they are only
a symbolic element.created by PICZIO to be delivered and accumulated for subsequent exchange for
another good previously determined by PICZIO. Therefore, PICZIO COINS may
not under any circumstances be exchanged or traded for goods other than those
previously established and assigned by PICZIO, nor may they be compensated or
redeemed for money or any other goods, fungible or non-fungible, nor taken into
account for outstanding debts owed by users.
II. OBTAINING PICZIO COINS.
PICZIO COINS will not necessarily have a unit value in whole multiples, so
fractions may be assigned according to the action or interaction in question. In
this regard, PICZIO establishes the following table of equivalencies based on the
action or interaction of Users on the Platform and the corresponding assigned
value of PICZIO COINS:

PICZIO may from time to time update, modify, delete, or adjust the equivalencies
at its sole discretion, without the need for acceptance or consent from Users. In
any case, PICZIO will notify Users of the new equivalencies for obtaining PICZIO
COINS or the new conditions applicable to the Program.III. DISPOSAL AND REDEMPTION OF PICZIO COINS.
In accordance with the provisions of these Terms, Users may only use and
redeem PICZIO COINS on the Platform for exchange for certain products
previously selected and offered by PICZIO, based on the total number of PICZIO
COINS accumulated by each User. Under no circumstances shall Users be
entitled to request the exchange, redemption, or compensation of their PICZIO
COINS for goods other than those authorized by PICZIO, nor may PICZIO
COINS be accumulated with other benefits that may be obtained on the Platform.
Similarly, PICZIO COINS are not redeemable and may not be disposed of or
exchanged for cash or any other fungible or non-fungible goods, unless
authorized by PICZIO, in which case the user agrees to provide the relevant
information and documentation for validation.

exchanged or redeemed for a certain number of PICZIO COINS are listed below:

This list is merely illustrative and informative, and under no circumstances may the user
request, demand, or seek to enforce the delivery of any of the goods provided for in this
instrument, unless previously authorized by PICZIO in accordance with the redeemable
balance in PICZIO COINS that the user has in their favor. PICZIO may, at its sole discretion,
adjust, modify, replace, or remove items, products, and goods at any time without the need
for authorization or consent from Users. Likewise, PICZIO may adjust or modify the
corresponding equivalencies set forth in these Terms. In relation to the goods listed in these
terms,PICZIO cannot guarantee a minimum inventory or the availability of goods at the time the
user disposes of their balance. Therefore, PICZIO may, at its sole discretion, deliver
goods of the same nature, quality, and type, or similar goods with an estimated economic
value close to those listed, which will be promptly communicated to the beneficiary
customers or users. For the purposes of delivering the goods, PICZIO will determine and
communicate the specific procedure within the Platform so that Users can redeem their
PICZIO COINS, as well as provide their delivery address and follow up on the process until
the physical delivery of the redeemed goods.
PICZIO is not obligated to maintain the Program on an uninterrupted basis, and therefore
may terminate or modify it, in whole or in part, at any time and without any formality or
liability, with the sole obligation of delivering the goods and prizes previously redeemed in
accordance with the criteria and rules set forth in these Terms. Likewise, PICZIO may
determine and/or update from time to time the criteria for participation, eligibility, and
compliance for obtaining PICZIO COINS and obtaining the benefits and goods derived from
the Program. This will be duly notified to customers or users at all times, which can be
verified on the Platform, and the fact that the user makes effective use of the Program will be
understood as express acceptance. Without prejudice to what is expressly established in this
instrument, PICZIO may at any time validate the information, conditions, balances, behavior,
and other variables it deems relevant or necessary for the user, with the main objective,
among others, of confirming and authorizing the disposition of the balance that the user
intends to redeem. In any case, PICZIO may deny the withdrawal if, at its sole discretion and
without the need to issue or communicate the corresponding reason or justification, it
considers that it is not appropriate to redeem the balance in PICZIO COINS for any of the
eligible goods available from time to time. This does not imply or presuppose that PICZIO
will be obliged to compensate the user or will be liable for any expectation of entitlement or
for the balance that the customer has accumulated or accumulates.
Any complaint, disagreement, irregularity, conflict, or situation related to the Program must
be brought to the attention of PICZIO for its knowledge and resolution via the following email

In the absence of any express provision in these terms, the legal provisions in force in the
United Mexican States shall apply.
Use of Contact Information for Reward Fulfillment (Piczio Coins)
By redeeming Piczio Coins for products, services, or experiences (“Rewards”), the user expressly authorizes Piczio to use the contact information associated with their account — including but not limited to their email address, phone number, and shipping details — for the sole purpose of processing, fulfilling, and delivering such Rewards.
This authorization includes:
Using the user’s email address and/or phone number to place orders with third-party suppliers, marketplaces, logistics providers, or service partners.
Providing necessary shipping and contact information to complete the purchase and delivery process.
Communicating with third-party vendors on behalf of the user when required to fulfill the Reward.
By redeeming Piczio Coins, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
Piczio may input their contact information into third-party checkout systems to complete the purchase.
Piczio may share only the minimum necessary personal information required to fulfill the order.
This use of personal information is strictly limited to Reward fulfillment purposes.
The user provides informed consent for this processing and sharing of data.
Piczio will not use this information for unrelated marketing by third parties unless separately authorized by the user.
If a user does not agree to this processing, they should not redeem Piczio Coins for Rewards.
